The curious trespass to get peek at Belle Haven
By Violet Law and Jonathan Lucas - Greenwich Time

Since the high-profile arrest of Kennedy nephew Michael Skakel on Wednesday for the 1975 murder of Martha Moxley, members of the outside media have been probing around the Belle Haven neighborhood where the two families once lived, in hopes of gaining insight into the case. What they have found is an unwelcoming reception in the private gated community that is home to celebrities and CEOs. At least four members of the Fourth Estate have been arrested by Greenwich police.

On Wednesday, Carol Huang, 34, a reporter with New York City-based and her driver, Gasper Castellano, 49, were charged with simple trespass after Greenwich police arrested them near the murder scene on Otter Rock Road.

Capt. Michael DeAngelo said the two ignored police warnings against entering the community and were arrested.

On Thursday, Greenwich police again responded to Otter Rock Road in response to complaints that two reporters from The Hartford Courant - Robert MacDonnell, 37, of Niantic, and Thomas Puleo, 38, of West Hartford - were conducting interviews with area residents.

The two reporters were arrested and charged with simple trespass.

All four members of the media were released on a promise to appear in state Superior Court in Stamford Feb. 4, police said.
