Lawyers Subpoenaed In Moxley Case

(GREENWICH) -- At least one attorney who represented one of the Martha Moxley murder suspects says he will fight attempts to subpoena him. Thomas Sheridan, who represented Michael Skakel, says any records he has fall under attorney-client privilege. Michael and his brother Thomas lived near Moxley when she was beaten to death 23 years ago this month. The case has received national attention because the Skakels are nephews of Ethel Kennedy.
