School Owner Ordered to Testify in Moxley Case
From WTNH TV-8
(WTNH) _ A judge in Bridgeport has ordered the owner of a private school to testify in the investigation into the murder of Martha Moxley of Greenwich. She was killed in 1975. Kennedy nephew Michael Skakel is a suspect in the case. He lived near Moxley. There have been rumors that he talked about the murder shortly after it happened while enrolled at the Elan School in Poland Spring, Maine. Skakel's lawyers had argued that those statements were protected by doctor-patient confidentiality. The judge disagreed, calling the school a drug treatment facility not a mental health center.
